Bill Rapp is a former Lecturer in Military Affairs at Harvard's Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs. Two options to register:

1) To register to attend the meeting in person and pay for the meal at the Worcester Club, please purchase the "ticket" below.  Space is limited, so please register and pay for your meal by September 6. The menu is capresee salad, lemon and rosemary grilled Statler Chicken, carrot cake. The meeting begins with social time at 6 pm, dinner about 6:30 pm, and  presentation about 8 pm.  OR:
